What is yoga therapy?  

Gary Kraftsow defines yoga therapy as:

"the adaptation and application of Yoga techniques and practices to help individuals facing health challenges at any level manage their condition, reduce symptoms, restore balance, increase vitality, and improve attitude." I agree with this definition and have personally experienced many of these benefits with my own practice."

Yoga is an ancient tool for health and well being that is available to people from all backgrounds and faiths.
